Well, Artie’s been doing a good job this week of not showing signs of drug use. Plus he’s sounding very upbeat. Is Artie turning a new leaf? Is he really drug free? IMO, yes AND no. Yes, I think he’s off illegal drugs; however, I think he’s on some perscription medicine that helps him deal with his cravings and lack of motivation. I’m not a huge drug expert, but I’ve been close to people dealing with Heroin withdrawal and the perscription drugs give the patient a whole new outlook on life. Is this Artie?

Artie is back !!!! but for sure he is taking Suboxone and probably will have to take it for the rest of his life. Artie has an addictive personality and if he stops the Suboxone he will be back on opiates.
Keep up the good work Artie we love ya !!!!

I just hope that Artie can continue to recover on the straight & narrow.
As stupid as this sounds, Artie actually inspired me to seek the treatment of Suboxone after his confession to his addiction & subsequent recovery from heroin. When he mentioned that Suboxone got him back on track and working, it sort of forced me to confront my axiety and cravings. His mention of subutex opened my eyes to this recovery medication and has kept me free & clear of relapse for 6+ months.
If I ever get the chance to meet Artie, I hope to let him know one day how he influenced my life. His story on his recovery w/ Suboxone has, in part, saved my job, my marriage, and my life.

We can argue over Artie’s drug use all day, but I think it is pretty evident that his days are numbered on the Stern Show. I think he believes he can attain more success without the show and thinks he is above their level. I also think he is sorely mistaken in believing this and his career will take a huge belly flop within 6 months of leaving the show. Artie you are the best on the radio, your stand up is funny and you acting is only mediocre, face reality and please just stay on the show.

I hope he doesnt take off from the show.
Hes on something. Nobody has that many problems and then just turns it around 180 style like he has in the last week but if he has, more power to him, but my god, the way he leaned into that femal caller on the wrapup show was fairy over the top, showing signs of rage and frustration that he took out on her.
I think the guys at that NewJersy Pitzarea are putting prozac laced meatballs in arties subs.

i think he turned to smoking weed. hes laid back.. and funny than ever.. i think this will turn him into losin weight, if the munchies dont get him first. but everyone knows, after u get laid, ur always a new person.. especially with new good pussy.. so weed and pussy.. sounds like a good reasons to make a 180 turn.

Artie’s still on the big stuff. Yep…pizza, chicken parm sandwiches, cupcakes, and vending machine treats. Haven’t seen a case this bad since Archie Bunker was a twinkie junkie. It’s terrible. Sad thing is that I’m right on Artie’s tail. I need my Lay’s potato chips…

It’s hard not to eat, man. Shit, I can eat a full course meal, then an hour later I’m hitting the ribs and cake. I feel Artie’s pain. The food addiction is really no different than the drug addiction - he’s just switched from one to another.
Our big boy is trying to fill an emptiness in his life…
But damn, he couldn’t look more like Fred Flintstone!
